The platform serves as an online medium to facilitate access to knowledge, connect learners with mentors, and organize online training programs and courses — whether pre-recorded or live — within a safe and advanced learning environment.
User Definitions
The following definitions apply to this document:
- Learner (Student): Any individual who uses the platform to access educational or training programs.
- Mentor (Instructor): Any individual who provides content, training programs, or mentorship through the platform.
- Administration (Wagihni): The entity that owns and operates the platform.
All of the above are collectively referred to as “Users.”
Acceptance of Terms

The platform reserves the right to delete any violating content and suspend the user’s account immediately without compensation.
Intellectual Property
All training programs, videos, educational materials, interactive presentations, logos, and trademarks available on Wagihni are the exclusive property of Wagihni or its partners.
Reproduction, redistribution, recording, or republishing of any content for commercial or personal use is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Wagihni reserves the right to use excerpts or screenshots from training programs in promotional or marketing campaigns, without infringing on the mentor’s intellectual property rights.
Mentor Rights
- Mentors retain intellectual property rights over their original content while granting Wagihni a non-exclusive license to use it within the platform.
- Mentors may not republish or distribute the same content on other platforms without written approval.
- Wagihni is committed to honoring the agreed-upon financial compensation or revenue-sharing terms outlined in signed agreements.
- Wagihni is not responsible for any personal opinions, recommendations, or statements made by mentors during their training sessions.
Certificates and Completion Verification
- Wagihni provides digital Certificates of Completion to learners who successfully complete training programs.
- These certificates are issued solely by Wagihni and do not represent accreditation from any governmental or academic body.
- Wagihni reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of policy violations or lack of active participation.
Subscriptions and Payments
- All subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected plan (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).
- Users may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date by contacting the support team.
- Pricing and offers may vary by country, currency, or promotional policy.
- Failure to make payment by the due date may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once access to content has begun.
